The Incas were governed by the Commoners and The Emperor. They would write the messages for the Inca Messengers to send off. The commoners would also carry around the emperor and help him with other things.Like write the messages and give them to the first Messenger.

This is a picture of Inca art. The lines and art around the face represent the active Sun God. He is known for saving the Inca. The Incas thought that he gave them their emperor. They then would worship the sun god.
INCA WRITING:
This Inca writing include a lot of different colors in the strings and knots. The knots and colors represents words and numbers the emperor sends to the next villages. Then the village will wright back to the emperor what they think. One of the villagers will hold out the message to the others to show them what the emperor had sent.
CLASS STRUCTURE:
The inca class structure included the emperor, the nobles, and the commoners. The emperor was the sun god, or so the Incas thought. The thought he was brought to the world by the Sun. Then theres the Nobles, and there were three main classes of nobles. Theres the Capac Nobles, the Hahua Nobles, and the Curacas Nobles. Then at the bottom of the pyramid is the Commoners. Most people in the inca empire were Commoners, who worked as famers and herders.
